Am I able to set up automatic payments?
Don't worry about making manual payments on each term end date. PhoneBox has you covered.
Upon activation, our clients will have the option to save the payment method for the automatic extension. You may also choose to add an autopayment method after activation by logging into your self-serve.
You can set up the auto extension with Visa credit/debit, Master Card, or American Express. It will continue until the autopayment method is removed.
Case example:
Mr. John would like to continue services with PhoneBox for the foreseeable future. Since he will be using the services for the long term, he would like to set up automatic payments for convenience. Mr. John will have the option to save the payment method upon activation. He will also have the option to apply after activation by applying the autopayment method through the self-serve account.
