[App] Suspend your service (*Only Monthly Plan)


If your phone was lost or stolen, you can suspend your service by using your PhoneBox account.

If you would like to resume your service, please contact our customer care.


This function is only valid for a Monthly Plan.


  1. Open PhoneBox App on your device and (Sign Up >>) Sign In.

  1. Then, navigate to the [Settings > Plan Management] page and select the option that best suits your needs.



  • Vacation Hold

OR

  • SIM Lost/Stolen Hold





  1. Please carefully review the instructions and click the appropriate button: ( Set Up Vacation Plan / *Suspend the Line *).



<Lost and Stolen Suspension>

  • Please note that a Lost and Stolen Suspension will temporarily block the network for the line.
  • During the suspension period, all services, including calls, texts, and data, will be unavailable.
  • However, the client is still responsible for their monthly payment.
