Before purchasing a PhoneBox eSIM, please follow the steps below to confirm whether your device supports eSIM.

**__Important Note__**
Device compatibility with eSIM can vary depending on the device model, region of purchase, or the original carrier the phone was locked to.

### **How to Check if Your Phone Is eSIM Compatible**

###### Check in Your Device Settings

* iPhone
Go to Settings > Cellular.
If the “Add eSIM” option is available, your device supports eSIM activation.

* Android / Samsung Galaxy
Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager.
If the “Add eSIM” option appears, the device is eSIM-compatible.

* Google Pixel
Go to Settings → Network & internet → SIMs.
If “Add SIM” or “Set up an eSIM” is displayed, the device supports eSIM functionality.

###### Check via Dial Code

Open your phone’s dial pad.
Enter ***#06#**

* If an EID number is displayed, your device generally supports eSIM.
* If no EID is shown, the device may not support eSIM, or eSIM may be disabled due to region or carrier restrictions
