# How to Extend Your Prepaid Plan

### **PhoneBox Prepaid Plan Renewal Guide**
You can easily request a plan extension through the PhoneBox Self-Serve website or mobile app.
Extending your plan will add one additional service term to your account.

**Accepted Payment Methods **
* Credit card (Canadian or international)
* Debit card
* Apple pay
* Google pay

You can enable auto-payment so your prepaid plan renews automatically before it expires.

* Once an extended service term has started, cancellations or refunds are not available.
If the extended term has not started yet, a refund may be available.
* If payment is not completed by the last day of your current term, your service will be automatically terminated.

[Go to the PhoneBox website](https://myaccount.gophonebox.com)
If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.

1. On the left-bottom corner, click [Extension]

2. Review your plan details and click [Pay]

3. Proceed with the payment to complete your extension.
