# How to Request an eSIM Reissue

### **eSIM Reissue & Fee**

You can request an eSIM reissue through the PhoneBox Customer Support team if you require a new eSIM.

The eSIM reissue fee is **$10 + tax**. 
* For monthly plan users:  The reissue fee will be **added to your next invoice**.
* For prepaid plan users: The reissue fee must be paid via a **one-time payment link**, which will be sent to you by **email**.

Please make sure your device supports **eSIM** before requesting a reissue.
