I can't log into my account. It shows an error.


Have you signed up for our self-serve? To manage your account online, your online account first needs to be registered on our website or mobile app.


You can go to My Account. Select 'Sign Up' and enter the 10-digit Phone Number and Registered Email. You will also be required to create a password. Please note when entering the Phone Number, simply type the 10 digits without any spaces or dashes.


After the sign-up process has been completed, a verification code will be sent to the registered email. You will have 60 seconds to enter the verification code. If this is not entered within 60 seconds, you can resend a new code. After the verification, you are ready to use our self-serve!


You can log in and manage your account with your registered email and password anytime. If you forget your password, please go to Forgot Password on the sign-in menu, and a password reset email will be sent to you.


Case example:


Elisa was trying to log into her account. She inputted her username and password, but an error message kept showing up.


She contacted the Customer Care Team via LiveChat. The agent confirmed that she hadn't registered an online account with PhoneBox and assisted her in signing up.


After that, she was able to log in with her registered email and password and manage her account.
