Will I receive a monthly invoice under my prepaid plan?
Since a prepaid plan is considered a short-term plan or pay-per-use, it allows you to use that service for a set period or duration after the payment.
Consequently, there will not be a periodic type of monthly invoice generated and you will not receive any form of hard or soft copy of an invoice.
What you will receive, however, is an email and text notification that remind you to top-up your data once you have reached your data limit, or a reminder to extend your service if you would like to continue using your prepaid plan for another term.
Once the top-up or term extension payment has been completed, you will receive an online receipt, which will be sent electronically via your registered email address.
Please make sure to update your email address on file to receive the latest notification and your payment receipts.
