### 2. PhoneBox Extension Reminder for 30-Day Plan Users

For 30-day prepaid plans, PhoneBox also sends extension reminder notifications to help prevent service interruption.

Reminders are sent via email : 
* **3 days before** your plan expires
* **1 day before** your plan expires
