# **How to Extend your US Plan**


You can easily request an extension through the PhoneBox Self-Serve website or mobile app. Extending your plan will add one more service term (30 days) to your account. 

If you'd like, you can also enable auto-payment so your plan renews automatically.

* Cancellation or refund is not possible after payment for the extended service period has been completed.
* If payment is not completed by the last day of your current term, your service will be automatically terminated.

[Go to the PhoneBox website](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/phonebox-us/id6446149914)

1. On the Home page, click [Extend]

2. Check the payment detail and click [Confirm]

3. Proceed with the payment to complete your extension.
If you want to set your credit card as auto-payment method, click the check-box [Save this card for automatic plan extensions]
