# How do I transfer my phone number to a different mobile service provider?


### What Is a Port-Out?

Porting a number is the process of transferring your existing phone number from one service provider to another.
To port your number out to a new provider, you will need your **account number** and **PIN**.
After the port-out process,please make sure to remove your payment method from your account.

1. Select Profile
2. Your account number will be displayed next to your phone number
3. Click the “?” icon on the right side to view your 4-digit PIN
