What are the available methods for term extension?
As a prepaid user, you may encounter issues with service disruption due to the failure of term extensions.
Through our self-serve, you can extend your term with a few simple steps. Please log into your online account or download PhoneBox mobile application, and you can proceed with the term extension.
For web applications, you can visit our website and Log In. If you have not registered an online account with us, simply select Sign Up and follow the steps to complete the registration process. Once completed, you will be able to log into your online account and select Extend Service on the main page of your account.
For the PhoneBox mobile application, simply go to the Apple store or Google Play store and search for PhoneBox as the application will appear. After the download is completed, you will be able to log in or sign up for your mobile account. Please note that your web and mobile app login credentials can be shared across both platforms.
Various payment methods are acceptable within PhoneBox's payment portal. We do accept the following payment methods:
- Visa
- Master Card
- American Express
- PayPal
All of these payment options can be made within your online account.
