Am I able to cancel a requested plan change?


Clients will be able to cancel the requested plan change before the beginning of the new term. Since plan changes will always start from the beginning of the next term, we can remove the request anytime before the new term has begun.


To cancel the pending plan change, please contact our Client Care Team and request to cancel the solicitation. You can reach our customer care team via email at services@gophonebox.com or toll-free: 1-855-886-0505. Our team will be happy to help you.


If the new 30-day term & new plan have already begun, unfortunately, we will not be able to reverse the plan change. In this case, simply request a new plan change which will take effect from the start of the following 30-day term.


Case example:


Mr. John has requested to change his plan to add more data to the following 30-day term, beginning Sept 26th. Mr. John has changed his mind and realized he would like to continue with his current plan. If he contacts our team on Sept 25th or before, we can cancel the requested plan change.
