Am I able to reactivate my account after termination?


You will be able to reactivate your account as long as the request to reactivate has been submitted within 90 days after the termination date.


To reactivate your account, kindly reach out to our Customer Care Team, who will be able to reactivate the account and restore services. We will require an upfront payment for the plan before reactivation. You can contact our customer care via toll-free: 1-855-886-0505 or services@gophonebox.com.


Reactivation requests submitted within 30 days after the termination date will only require the plan payment. After 30 days, a reactivation fee, of $10+tax, will also be required.


We will be unable to retrieve the account after 90 days from the termination date.


Case example:


Mr. John realized his credit card had expired, and his automatic payment had been declined. His account was terminated due to unpaid status. Mr. John can contact our Customer Care Team and request reactivation of the account within 90 days of the termination date.
