Am I able to remove my requested termination?


You will be able to cancel the termination request and continue services as long as the current term is still active.


If you have requested termination, you will be able to remove the termination by:


  1. Applying the autopayment method to your account. This will allow the system to process future extensions automatically.


  1. Processing a manual extension to add a new 30-day term to the account.


If the account has been terminated, you don't need to worry, we are here to help! Please contact our Customer Care Team, and they will be able to reactivate the account within 90 days after the termination date.


Case example:


Mr. John has realized that he would like to continue using services for another 30 days after requesting to terminate the account. As long as the account is still active, he will be able to manually extend the account or reapply the autopayment method, allowing our system to extend automatically. If the account is not active anymore, he can contact our Customer Care Team.
