[App] Suspend your service


If your phone was lost or stolen, you can suspend your service using your PhoneBox account.


To Resume Service: Contact our customer service team for assistance.


Suspension Steps:


Option 1: Using the Mobile App


  1. Open the PhoneBox Canada App and Sign In (or Sign Up if you're new)
  2. Navigate to Settings > Plan Management
  3. Select SIM Lost/Stolen Hold
  4. Carefully review the instructions and click the appropriate button: Suspend the Line




<Lost and Stolen Suspension>


  • Please note that a Lost and Stolen Suspension will temporarily block the network for the line.
  • During the suspension period, all services, including calls, texts, and data, will be unavailable.
  • However, the client is still responsible for their monthly or service of the term payments.
