**Are there any restrictions when signing up for this Home Internet Plan?

We strive to make the sign-up process as quick and straightforward as possible, whether you're choosing one of our Mobile Plans or Home Internet services.

1 Credit Check Requirements: 

• West Region (British Columbia, Alberta): A credit check is required as part of the sign-up process.
• East Region (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Provinces): No hard credit check is performed. 

2 Payment Requirements: 

For customers in the East Region (Ontario, Quebec, Atlantic Provinces), a valid Canadian credit or debit card is required to complete the sign-up process.

3 Separate Billing Structure:

Please note that PhoneBox Mobile Plans and Home Internet Plans are billed separately, each with its own billing date and structure.
