Can I change my service's start date with PhoneBox?
Requirements:
You must complete your Online activation process via our website.
Since you are not starting to use any service, you can just contact the PhoneBox Customer Support team to submit a new service starting date. Please note that there will be adjustment fees if you decide to move your service starting date to an earlier date.
Case example:
Jack just purchased a plan via website, but then he realized he only would need this line 2 months later. Jack contacted PhoneBox CSR and one of the agents helpd him to change his service starting date to the date requested. Now Jack's plan will be starting on his new set date.
