Can I choose my phone number when I sign up?

Unfortunately, you are not able to opt for a specific phone number. PhoneBox is an MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) company, so we have no authorization to provide a variety of phone numbers to our customers. Phone numbers are automatically given out; However, you can change your phone number once for free after activating the SIM card.

Case example:

Mr. Peter received a new phone number on the service date via email. Unfortunately, he didn't like having a number with many 4s.

PhoneBox has a service where all customers can change phone numbers only once for free, so we considered Mr. Peter's preference and requested a new phone number containing the fewest 4s.
