Can I extend my vacation plan?



Requirements:


The customer account must be reactivated for at least 6 months before a new vacation plan is applied.


Yes, customers are allowed to extend the Vacation Plan up to a maximum total duration of 3 months. After the 3-month-long temporary suspension, the account must be reactivated for at least 6 months before a new vacation plan is applied.


Case example:


Mr. Curtis has been back in England since June 2023. He has requested a vacation plan from Jun to July. However, his plan had been changed. He will need to stay in England longer.


He contacted us on WhatsApp, an agent from Customer Support informed him that he will be able to extend his vacation plan for 1 more month. Since Mr. Curtis contacted us 2 weeks before his vacation plan ends, we are able to process the vacation plan extension.


Now, the vacation plan under Mr. Curtis has been extended to Sep 1st, 2023. His line will be activated on Sep 2nd accordingly. If he would like to apply another vacation plan, his line should be active for 6 months to be eligible for a new vacation plan. It will be Mar 2nd, 2024.
