Can I extend my vacation plan?



Requirements:


  • Your account must be reactivated for at least 6 months before applying for a new vacation plan
  • Extension requests must be submitted on or before the 26th of the month


Vacation Plan Extensions:


Yes, customers can extend their Vacation Plan up to a maximum total duration of 3 months. After the 3-month temporary suspension period, your account must be reactivated for at least 6 months before you can apply for a new vacation plan.


Important Deadline: Vacation plan extensions must be requested on or before the 26th of the month to be processed for the following month.


Real-World Example:


Mr. Curtis has been in England since June 2023 and initially requested a vacation plan from June to July. However, his travel plans changed and he needed to stay in England longer.


He contacted us via Live chat. Our Customer Support agent informed him that he could extend his vacation plan for 1or 2 additional months. Since Mr. Curtis contacted us 2 weeks before his vacation plan ended, we were able to process the extension.


Result: Mr. Curtis's vacation plan was extended to September 1st, 2023, with his line reactivating on September 2nd. If he wants to apply for another vacation plan in the future, his line must remain active for 6 months, making him eligible again on March 2nd, 2024.
