Can I pre-schedule my prepaid extension?
A term extension allows you to extend your service to another term (prepaid cycle). You can pre-schedule your prepaid term extension well in advance. Most of our clients also tend to extend several terms at once. This will help you to prevent automatic account termination caused by failures in service extensions.
A pre-schedule term extension is a fairly straightforward process where you log into your online account via our website and proceed with your term extension. For every term that has been successfully extended, you will be able to receive a confirmation towards your new prepaid cycle that display the start and end dates of the term. You may proceed with multiple extensions, allowing you to use your prepaid plan without disruption.
Case Example:
Eva will travel to the USA for 3 months and has already booked her flight ticket to return home. She scheduled her US SIM activation on the PhoneBox account, but it was only for the first 30 days. She wants to ensure that she has 90-day services without any interruptions.
Eva can contact the Customer support team via SMS, email, or phone call, and she will be informed how she can make multiple extensions after signing up for our self-service. She will be able to ensure the 90-day services and go on her trip pleasantly.
