Can I set up auto-extension?
We recommend our prepaid clients set up auto-extension to avoid suspension or termination once the term ends. A few options are available to complete setting up an automatic extension under your account.
Please visit our website and log into your online account by selecting Sign In. Have you still not registered your online account with us? No problem. You can simply select Sign Up and you will be able to complete the entire process within less than a minute.
Please go to Profile on the top menu bar and you can set up your auto-payment method. If you have already set up auto-payment and want to change your payment method, please cancel your current auto-payment setup, and you will be able to add a new payment method.
Case example:
Mr. Andy has a prepaid plan that ends on July 24th. He forgot to extend the service until July 27th, when he realized he couldn’t make phone calls.
He contacted the customer care support team to reactivate his account. After the call, he realized he should have requested to set up auto-extension under his account to avoid suspension. Therefore, he logged into his online account and added an auto-payment method successfully.
