Can I still receive calls and SMS after my prepaid plan has expired?

No, once your 30-day term ends without an extension request, you will lose all services (calls, SMS, and data) on the last day of your term. You will not be able to receive or make calls and SMS anymore.

Important: Do not wait until the last minute to extend your service to avoid service interruption.

How to Avoid Service Interruption: When extending your prepaid plan, select "Setup Automatic Payments" if you wish to extend your service or top up data without making manual payments each month.

Real-World Example:

Mrs. Milo is unable to make calls or send texts because her service term ended yesterday.

Solution: Since Mrs. Milo's service ended yesterday, we are unfortunately unable to extend the expired service. She will need to sign up again to receive a new SIM card and new phone number.

Prevention: Since Mrs. Milo wanted to use the service longer than the 30-day term, she should have extended it before the term ended or set up auto-extension with a credit card to avoid this situation.
