Can I still receive calls and SMS after my prepaid plan has expired?
Can I still receive calls and SMS after my prepaid plan has expired?
When the 30 days term ends with no extension request, you will lose all service (calls, SMS, and data ) on the term last day. You will not be able to receive or make calls and SMS anymore. Please, do not leave it till the last minute to extend the service, avoid service interruption.
Note: When applying extension for prepaid plan, please select “Setup Automatic payments”, if you wish to extend the service or top up data without making payments manually.
Case example:
Mrs. Milo is not able to make calls or send texts. His service term ended yesterday.
Solution: Mrs. Milo’s service ended yesterday. Unfortunately we are not able to extend the service anymore. Please sign up again to receive a new SIM card and new number.
Since Mrs. Milo wanted to use the services longer than 30 days service, he should have extended before the term ending or set up auto-extension with a credit card.
