Change your plan

Change your plan



If you're not sure which plan you're currently on, you can find this information on the Plan page. You can also change your data plan from there.


The methods differ depending on whether you have a postpaid or prepaid plan. A prepaid mobile plan works for 30 days. In other words, your new phone plan will be effective after your current term ends. If you are a postpaid customer, your new plan will be effective on the 2nd of the following month.


Website



Postpaid:


  1. Sign in to your account and go to the Home page
  2. Your current plan is displayed on this page. If you want to change your plan, select "Plan Change"


  1. Select the plan you want to change to and click on it


  1. A confirmation screen will be displayed click on "Select this plan"


Note: Plan changes requested on or before the 26th of the current month will be applied the following month. If requested after the 26th, they will be applied the month after the following month.

Prepaid:

  1. Sign in to your account and go to the Home page
  2. Your current plan is displayed on this page. If you want to change your plan, select "Plan Change"


  1. Select the plan you want to change to and click on it


  1. A confirmation screen will be displayed click on "Select this plan"



  1. Choose a payment method. You can choose Credit Card*, PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay, Apple pay or WeChat Pay for payment. For prepaid plans, you need to pay before changing to the new plan

*Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or JCB is available.



APP


Monthly Plan:


  1. Open the PhoneBox app and go to the Home page
  2. Your current plan is displayed on the first page
  3. Select "Plan Change"


  1. Select the plan you want to change to


  1. Tap on "Select this plan"


  1. A confirmation will be displayed select "Confirm"

Note: Plan changes requested on or before the 26th of the current month will be applied the following month. If requested after the 26th, they will be applied the month after the following month.



Prepaid:


  1. Open the PhoneBox app and go to the Home page
  2. Your current plan is displayed on the first page
  3. Select "Plan Change"


  1. Select the plan you would like to change to


  1. Tap on "Select this plan"

Please note: To change your plan on a prepaid account, term extension payment is required. Your new plan and new prepaid term will be effective after your current term ends.


  1. Choose your preferred payment method. There are several payment methods available including Visa Debit/Credit card*, PayPal, Alipay, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. For prepaid plans, you need to pay before changing to the new plan
