**Change your plan

If you're not sure which plan you're currently on, you can find this on the Plan Page. Also, you can change your data plan.

The methods differ depending on Postpaid or Prepaid. A prepaid mobile plan works for 30 days. In other words, your new phone plan will be effective after your current term ends. If you are a postpaid customer, your new plan will be effective on the 2nd of the following month.

Postpaid
Sign in to your account. Open the Plan page.

Your plan is displayed on this page. If you want to change your plan, select [ Change My Plan ].

Select the plan you want to change and select [ CHOOSE ].

A confirmation screen will be displayed and select [ Confirm ]. At this time, you can confirm the effective date.

Prepaid

Sign in to your account. Open the Home page.

Your plan is displayed on this page. If you want to change your plan, select [ PLAN CHANGE ].

Select the plan you want to change.

Select [ CONFIRM ].

Choose a payment method. You can choose Credit Card*, PayPal, Alipay or WeChat Pay for payment. For Prepaid, you need to pay before changing to the new plan.

*Visa, Master, Amex or JCB is available.

APP

Monthly Plan
Open PhoneBox App and open the Plan page.

Your plan is displayed on the first page.

Next, select [ Change plan ].

Select the plan you want to change and select [ Choose Plan ].

A confirmation summary will be displayed and select [ Yes ]. At this time, you are able to see your new plan's effective date. Press "Yes" to confirm your selections, then you are all set.

Prepaid
Open PhoneBox App and open the Home page.

Your plan is displayed on the first page. Select [ Plan Change ].

Next, select the plan you would like to change to.

Select [ Pay ].

Please note that in order to change your plan on a prepaid account, term extension payment is required and your new plan along with your new prepaid term will be effective on the date of the new terms.

Choose your preferred payment method. There are several payment methods available including Visa Debit / *Credit card, PayPal, and Alipay. Feel free to choose your preferred payment methods.

*Visa, Master, Amex or JCB is available.

For Example : Credit Card

Enter your credit card information including the cardholder name, card number, expiry date, and CVV(credit card security code) and select [ CONFIRM AND PAY ].
