Yes, we will send you notifications via SMS before your term ends, and we will also email you when the account is suspended. If you wish to extend your current term, you can simply log into your online account and extend the term.
Case example:
Anna was using PhoneBox prepaid plan, and her term was from Jun 13th to Jul 12th.
- PhoneBox sends out the first SMS on Jul 07th.
- PhoneBox sends out the second SMS on Jul 11th.
Anna replied, “extend” on Jul 11 and her services were renewed from Jul 13 to Aug 11. The payment went through with the registered credit card on her account.
