Do I have to contact PhoneBox to terminate an US plan?



Requirements


If you have set up an auto term extension, you are required to contact PhoneBox support to cancel your automatic term extension payment, or simply log into your online account and remove your automatic term extension from your account. Your US account will be automatically terminated by the end of the term.


All our US plans are prepaid. The prepaid duration plan is 30 days, and it is not possible to recover your phone number after your service is terminated. But you can always extend the service and keep the same number.


In case you have set up an auto payment with PhoneBox, feel free to contact us so we can terminate your account at your chosen date.


Please note that all plan sales are final. There will be no refund and no reduced rate amount.


Case example:


1) Mr. John would like to terminate his account, but he set up an auto-payment online. How did Mr. John do it?

>> Solution: Mr. John contacts PhoneBox to ensure that his account will be terminated.


2) Mrs. Smith would like to terminate her account. She never set up any auto-payment renewal. How can she do it?

>> Solution: Mrs. Smith contract will be terminated automatically at the end of her 30 days cycle. She does not need to contact PhoneBox.
