Does a prepaid line expire?

Requirements: To top up or extend your service, you must have a valid credit card. PhoneBox accepts both Canadian and international credit cards. ( Canadian Debit Card is valid for the payment )

How Prepaid Service Works:

Yes, prepaid lines do expire. Your prepaid service duration is 30 days from activation. As long as you extend the service before the 30-day period ends, you can continue using it. If you do not extend the service, it will automatically terminate or suspend at the end of the 30-day period.

How to Check Your Service Term:

To verify your extension or check when your service expires,visit your self-serve account  or  send us a text message with "myterm" or "mt" and you will receive your service term information via text message within seconds.

Real-World Example:

Mr. Scott forgot when his 30-day service term was expiring and needed to find out his remaining time.

Solution: Mr. Scott can send "mt" via text message to instantly receive his service term information or login self-serve account view the information.
