Does a prepaid line expire?

Requirements:

To top up or extend the service, you must have a valid credit card. PhoneBox accepts both Canadian and international credit cards.

Prepaid service duration is 30 days. As long as you extend the service before the 30 days ending, you can continue using it. If you do not extend the service, it will automatically be terminated at the end of the 30 days period.

If you want to verify your extension, send us a text message “myterm” or “mt” and you will receive the service term information by a text message back in a second.

Case example:

Mr. Scott forgot when his service/ 30days is expiring. How he could find out his term

Solution: Mr. John can send us “mt” by text message, he will find out the information.
