Requirements:


Shipping process can be completed with less hustle. Shipping your SIM card inside Canada or to an international address can all be done for free. Simply fill out the shipping address and verify, we will arrange the new SIM card to be shipped out in no time.


If you are worried about your shipping cost or how to get the SIM card delivered to your doorstep, do not worry, we’ve got you covered. With PhoneBox, we do offer Free Shipping for both domestic and international addresses.


On the main activation page, please select “No” on the SIM card section, and you will be asked to fill out your Address. Simply verify your shipping address in the address column and make sure to make manual changes if the verified address displayed is incorrect.


Note* If you would like to update your address after completing the activation process, please contact the Customer Support team immediately in order to avoid the shipment being made to the wrong address.

Example 1.


Mr. Mark was scrolling through the activation page, and was wondering what would happen if he filled out the address and it’s not verified.


Since some addresses require more manual specified details. Mr. Mark can simply edit the shipping address manually on the address section as shown.


If he’s hesitant whether the SIM card will be shipped out to the right location or not, he can simply search his address to verify on Google Map or directly from an International Post Office site for clarification.


Example 2.


A customer was wondering whether the shipping fee will be free of charge or not. If it’s free, then why is there a $10 fee associated with the SIM card?


PhoneBox provides free shipping service. The $10 is a SIM card fee, not shipping. This is quite common and most Canadian mobility companies charge a price over $20 for a SIM card activation.


Example 3.


John was wondering if he would also receive a free SIM card shipping if he orders a Prepaid Plan, instead of a Monthly Plan.


Absolutely! For both Prepaid and Monthly, customers are eligible to a free SIM card shipping.
