How can a traveler who just arrived in Canada purchase a SIM card?

The easiest way to purchase a SIM card and start using our services is to go to our website. There, you can see our plans and decide between a prepaid or a monthly plan option.

Once you have chosen, on the next page you will be able to type your personal information and the address you would like to receive the SIM card.

After that, you will be redirected to confirmation and payment. Both Canadian and international credit cards are accepted as a payment method.

If you prefer, you can go in-person to a PhoneBox store and purchase your SIM card. In this case, you can pay using a credit card or a debit card. Please check PhoneBox locations:
