If you want to change your PhoneBox phone number, please contact PhoneBox Customer Service.

How do I contact PhoneBox Customer Support?

• First-time request  : Your first phone number change is free of charge.
• Additional Phone Number Changes : For any phone number change after the first, a fee of $20 + tax will apply.

Important Note

• After your request is submitted, your new phone number will be delivered via SMS within 2 business days.
• Once your new phone number is activated, your previous phone number will be permanently deactivated and cannot be reused.
