How can I change my phone number?

If you need to change your phone number, follow these steps:

First-Time Request: to change your phone number for the first time is free of charge.

Process: To request a new phone number, send an email to services@gophonebox.com or call our toll-free number at 1-855-886-0505.

Second-Time Request: Any additional requests to change your phone number after the first one will have a fee of $20 + tax.

Process: For further changes, send an email to services@gophonebox.com or call 1-855-886-0505.

Important Information:

Once the request being submitted, then you could expected the new phone number will send to your device via SMS within 2 business days.
Once you receive your new phone number via SMS, your old phone number will no longer be active and cannot be used.
