How can I change my plan?
The plan change is one of the most common requests in which we upgrade your plan to another with a higher data capacity or downgrade to a lower plan set if high data is not your priority.
Either the upgrade or downgrade of plans is available at PhoneBox. There are two simple options to complete your plan change.
Your first option is to log into your online account and select "Change Plan."
Once you click "Change Plan," you will see all available prepaid plans.
A confirmation page will appear after your selection, along with your term extension. Once you have completed the process, you will be able to see your new term extension along with your new plan.
I don't see the "Change Plan"
Can't you see the "Change Plan" button under your online account? If you already made an extension and the new term has not been started yet, the "Change Plan" button will not be displayed. Please wait till your next term starts and make the plan change for the following term.
Another option is to reach out to our customer support at services@gophonebox.com or contact us at our toll-free number, 1-855-886-0505, to complete your plan change and extension process.
Please note that plan change can only be done once per term. Also, the plan change can be applied only to your next term. If there's any mistake during the plan change or term extension process, please contact a customer representative immediately.
