How can I change my plan from monthly to prepaid?



Requirements:


  • You are able to change your plan from Monthly to Prepaid by contacting our customer support department before the invoice is issued.


You must contact Customer Service to request the change from a monthly to a prepaid plan. PhoneBox recommends requesting this plan change before the invoice is issued on the 15th of the month.


However, monthly plan offers more benefits. It is a plan with no ending date, a better deal if you want to stay with the line for more than two months. Plus, there is no data block when you reach your limit, you can keep using under a fee per extra GB.


Prepaid is good for short term customers who wish not to have extra charge because of data usage.
