How do I check my data usage?
Feel free to check your current data usage by logging into your online account. When you log in, you will be able to see your name and current plan on the left-hand side of the page. Below the section, you can see your up-to-date data consumption in both percentage and numerical information.
You can also check your data usage by logging in on our mobile application, which can be found on the Google Play store or App store, depending on your device model.
If you have used up all of your data, you can add more data to your account by selecting the button “Add Data.” Once you select the button, you will be directed to the payment page. After the payment is successful, you can enjoy your top-up data on your current prepaid cycle.
Case example:
Jack had purchased one of PhoneBox's prepaid plans with a US $25.00 - 3GB plan. When he chose the plan, he was unsure how much data he would need for a month. Almost 2 weeks have passed since the activation, so he wanted to check how much data he consumed.
Jack downloaded PhoneBox mobile application and registered his online account. When he logged into his account, he could see that he had already used up 95% of his 3GB. He selected the "Add data" button, topped up 1 GB on his current term, and made the payment of $10+tax successfully.
