How do I extend my service under the prepaid plan?


Want to extend your Prepaid plan? No problem! Extensions can be requested through PhoneBox Self-Serve.


Extending your plan will add another service term to your account. You can also set up auto-payment to automatically extend your services.


Important Notes:


  • Once your prepaid service term has been extended, cancellations and refunds are not available
  • If you do not make payment by the last day of your current service term, your service will be automatically terminated


Extension Steps:


  • Go to PhoneBox Self-Serve and sign up or sign in to access your account via the app or website


  • Choose either [Extension] or [Plan Change] based on your needs, then make your payment:
  • Extension: Continue with your current plan

  • Plan Change: Switch to a different plan while extending


  • Once you extend your service or request a plan change, the new term/plan will take effect at the start of your next service period
