How do I extend my service under the prepaid plan?
Do you want to extend your Prepaid plan?
No problem, extension can be requested via PhoneBox Self-serve
Extending will add another service term onto your account. You can also choose to add an auto payment method to automatically extend your services.
※Please note: once your prepaid service term has been extended, it's not available to cancel or refund
※If you pass the last day of your current service term without any payment, your service will be automatically terminated!
- Please go to PhoneBox self-serve. And process Sign up or Sign in to access your account via app or website
- You can choose either [Extend] or [Plan change] based on your needs > Make a payment.
- Extend: extending your service with same plan
- Plan change: You can also extend the term with a different plan
- Once you extend your service or request a plan change, new term/new plan will be effective from the next service term.
