How do I extend my service?


Do you want to use your plan for longer than 30 days? No problem, an extension can be requested via our self-serve website. Extending will add another 30-day term to your account. You can also add an auto payment method to extend your services automatically.


Please visit our website and log into your online account. You will be able to see the “Extend” button on the right-hand side of the page, and it will direct you to the payment.



Case example:


Ms. Jane wants to add another 30 days to her existing PhoneBox account, how can she process the extension?


Solution: Ms. Jane can visit our website at gophonebox.com and create an account. Once the account has been created she may then Login > Extend. If payment has been successfully processed, this will add a new 30 days to Ms. Jane's account!
