How do I sign up for a prepaid plan at PhoneBox?

PhoneBox would like to introduce you to a new form of a plan which is tailored specifically to your needs when it comes to short-term or long-term travel to the United States, or even if you are already located there.

It is simple to sign up for a prepaid SIM and activate your new account with PhoneBox. Please visit our website and select "Activation" at the top menu bar. You will be asked if you already have a PhoneBox SIM card.

If you already have a PhoneBox SIM card, you will be asked whether it's a Canada SIM or USA SIM card.

Please select the USA SIM and you can enter the 19 or 20-digit serial number found on the back of the SIM card. Then, you can click "Verify" and proceed with the rest of the activation.

Select "No" if you don't have a SIM card yet. Provide the address where you would like to receive the SIM card. We will deliver it to your hand before your activation date.

You can choose one of the favorable plans depending on your requirements. You can see all your plan details and pricing.

Lastly, enter your first and last name and email address and select your service start date. Then, click on "continue to the billing" to make the payment and confirm your activation.

Please, review all your plan details. After reviewing, choose your payment method and complete the payment section. If you are using a credit card, you can also check the box below the fields to set up automatic payments. Please, ensure that the payment information you entered is correct.

Please review our terms and conditions, and check the box if you agree to complete your activation.

Congratulations! You’re now a PhoneBox customer.
