How do I terminate my account?



Requirements:


  • If you have an outstanding balance on your account, you must make a payment before termination.
  • If you use data overage, you have to pay for it before termination.



  • MONTHLY PLAN – A refund for the unused service fee will be processed to your last payment method at the end of the month following your termination date.
  • MONTHLY PLAN – Data usage will also be prorated and reduced, so please be careful not to exceed your data limit.


  • PREPAID PLAN – Please make sure to remove the auto payment method when terminating your account.


Please kindly note that termination means you will no longer be able to use the same SIM card or phone number.

How to terminate your account:


  1. Go to the Main Page

  1. Click the Settings menu

  1. Select "Terminate Plan"

  1. Choose your preferred termination date and provide a reason

  1. Enter the OTP code

✅ You're done! — Please double-check if your request was submitted correctly!



If you are a prepaid customer, your account will be automatically terminated once the plan term ends. It is not necessary to request termination. However, if you have an auto-extension registered in your account, you are responsible for canceling the auto-extension under your account. To cancel your auto extension, login to your online account and cancel or contact customer support for further assistance.


Case example


The customer wants to terminate her account, since she has to go back to her country. How can she send the request?


Solution: The customer can go to our online account and send the termination request, or she can send it through email, phone call, live chat, SMS.
