How do I terminate my account?
Termination means completely closing your account with PhoneBox. You may need to terminate your phone plan in some situations, such as going back to your home country.
All our plans are prepaid, and your account will be automatically terminated once the plan term ends with no extension registered.
If you have set up an auto payment with PhoneBox, you will have to contact us so we terminate your account at your preferred date. Or simply log into your online account at https://us.myaccount.gophonebox.com/ and cancel your Auto Payment (Saved Card). Please note that all plan sales are final. There will be no refund and no reduced rate amount.
Case Example:
1) Mr. John would like to terminate his account, but he set up an auto-payment online. How does he do it?
>> Solution: He can contact PhoneBox via phone, email, LiveChat, or SMS, to ensure that his account will be terminated.
2) Ms. Jane would like to terminate her account. She never set up any auto-payment renewal. How can she do it?
>> Solution: Her contract will be terminated automatically at the end of her 30-day cycle. No contact is required in this case.
