How do I transfer my phone number to a different mobile service provider?


Porting a number is the process of moving an existing phone number from one service provider to another provider. How to port your number? You will need your account number and PIN to request a port-out to a new provider. You can find them when you log into your online account.


After logging in, under the Plan section, you will be able to see your account number next to your phone number. When you click "?" in the right corner, you can find your 4-digit PIN.


You can submit the port-out request to another carrier when you get the account number and PIN from us. Once the port-out process is finished, your PhoneBox account will be deactivated.


Case Example:


Ms. Susan wants to port out to a new mobile service provider but doesn’t know how to do it.


She can find her account number and PIN when she logs into her online account. After submitting the port request with the information to the new service provider, her number will be transferred, and her PhoneBox account will be deactivated.
