How does eSIM activation work?

With eSIM, you can avoid waiting for a physical SIM card to be shipped to your address. An eSIM QR code will be sent directly to your registered email address on your service start date.
Important: Make sure your device is compatible before selecting eSIM as your activation method. If you're unsure about your device's compatibility, check the guidelines provided on the activation page or visit our website's Support section.
Please note: Once your account is activated and the QR code has been scanned on your chosen device, you cannot transfer the same QR code to any other device.
