To activate your new account with PhoneBox, please visit our website. While activating your new Phonebox account, you will be able to view and choose from our current available plan options. You will also choose from a variety of payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal.


Once the activation process has been completed, we will ship out your new PhoneBox SIM card! This card will be pre-registered and ready to use on your selected activation date when you will receive an email with your new phone number!


Case example:


Mr. Steve wants to sign up for a new prepaid 30-day plan from PhoneBox. How can he process the new activation?


Solution: Mr. John can visit our website at gophonebox.com > Activation > Shop American Plans > Prepaid Plans. This will direct him to our activation page, and by filling out the required information, he will complete the activation process. Once completed, our team will ship out the new SIM card.
