How to activate your eSIM
Activate your PhoneBox service easily using eSIM.
To ensure a smooth activation process, please make sure you are connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.
Activate Your eSIM with QR code
Once your eSIM is ready, we will send the eSIM QR code to your email.
iOS / iPhone
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code on your email
- Tap Add Cellular Plan
- Follow the on-screen instructions

Android / Samsung Galaxy
- Go to Settings > Networks > SIM manager > Add eSIM
- Scan the QR code on your email
- Tap Add mobile plan.
- Follow the on-screen instructions

Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & internet
- Tap “+” button next to Mobile network
- Tap Download a SIM instead.
- Scan the QR code on your email and follow the on-screen instructions

Activate Your eSIM without QR code (activate with EID)
You can also activate your eSIM without scanning a QR code by using your device’s EID. In this case, the eSIM will be delivered directly to your phone.
Once the eSIM is ready, you will receive a notification on your device.
iOS / iPhone
- Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM
- Follow the on-screen instructions

Android / Samsung Galaxy
- Go to Settings > Networks > SIM manager > Add eSIM
- Follow the on-screen instructions

Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & internet
- Tap “+” button next to Mobile network
- Tap “Download a SIM instead”
- Follow the on-screen instructions
