If you have more than one PhoneBox account that you would like to merge into one, you can use our [Manage Child Account] feature available on both our website and mobile app. This feature allows you to easily add or remove lines using a secure OTP verification process.
With this feature, the primary account holder can easily switch between linked lines without logging in and out of multiple accounts. This allows you to conveniently check data usage, manage payments, and perform other account-related actions for each line from a single login.

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com
If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- Go to “Settings”

- Select “Manage your child’s account”

- Tap “+” button on the top-right corner.

- Enter your child’s phone number and complete the verification

- Agree to the terms and confirm

- The child account has been successfully added.
Please log in again to view the child account.
How to switch to other accounts under your account

- Click down arrow button on the top-right corner.
- Select the account you want to switch
How to delete a line under my account?

- Go to setting and tap “Manage Child Account”
- Click the “bin” icon on the account you want to delete
- Complete the OTP verification
