You can easily request plan termination through the PhoneBox Self-serve.
Please note that, once your service is terminated, the same SIM card and phone number can no longer be used.

1. Monthly Plan Termination
Important Notes About Termination
If you have an outstanding balance, payment must be completed before your termination request can be processed.
A refund will be issued for the unused portion of your paid service term, calculated based on the number of unused days. How can I get a refund after termination
Your monthly plan’s data allowance will be prorated based on the number of service days used in the termination month. Please avoid exceeding this prorated data limit, as data overage fees may apply.
How to Terminate Your Account

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com
If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- Go to Settings and select “Terminate Plan”

- Fill in the required fields

- Choose your termination date and select a reason

- Enter the OTP code to submit the request

2. Prepaid Plan Termination
Prepaid accounts terminate automatically when the plan expires. You can check your plan’s end date on your Self-Serve account
If auto-extension is enabled, please make sure to remove it before your current term ends. Otherwise, your plan will be automatically extended.
How to delete your auto-payment method
If you are a prepaid customer, a refund is only eligible if the account cancellation request has been submitted before the service starts.
