Change Your PhoneBox Monthly Plan
You can change your plan directly through the PhoneBox website or mobile app.
A Monthly plan follows our fixed billing cycle, which runs from the 2nd of each month to the 1st of the following month. This means that your new plan will take effect on the 2nd of the next month.
Plan change requests submitted on or before the 26th of the current month will be applied to the following month. Requests submitted after the 26th will take effect one month later (the month after next).

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here

[Self-serve online]
If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- On the Home page, click [Plan Change]

- Select the plan you want to switch to

- Review the plan details and click [Select this plan]

- Click [Request Plan Change] to submit your request
