Change Your PhoneBox Prepaid Plan


You can change your plan directly through the PhoneBox website or mobile app.

A prepaid mobile plan works for 30 days, and any new plan you select will take effect after your current term ends.


[Note] For prepaid plans, payment must be completed before the new plan can be applied.

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.


  1. On the Home page, click [Plan Change]

  1. Select the plan you want to switch to

  1. Review the plan details and click [Select this plan]

  1. Confirm the details and proceed with the payment.
