How to Delete an eSIM From Your Device
How to Delete an eSIM That Is No Longer Working
If you need to remove your eSIM — for example, when a new eSIM has been issued or when you no longer use the existing eSIM profile — you can delete it directly through your device settings.
Please follow the steps below based on your device type.
Important Note
- Once deleted, the eSIM cannot be restored unless reissued.
- Removing an eSIM does not cancel your PhoneBox service.
- To cancel your plan, please contact our customer support team separately.
How to Delete an eSIM From Your Device
iPhone
- Go to Settings > Cellular
- Select the eSIM you want to remove
- Tap Delete eSIM
- Confirm by tapping Delete eSIM again

Android / Samsung Galaxy
- Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager
- Select the eSIM (mobile plan) you wish to delete
- Tap Remove or Delete eSIM
- Confirm the removal

Google Pixel
- Go to Settings > Network & internet > SIMs
- Choose the eSIM you want to delete
- Tap Delete SIM
- Confirm by tapping OK or Delete
