How to Download Your PDF Invoice (Monthly Plan Users Only)

You can check your usage summary, daily data usage, and call history from your PDF invoice. This is useful when you want to check your usage in detail.


This function is only available for  Monthly Plans. 


How to download the PDF invoice

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

iOS / Android





[Self-serve online]

Go to the PhoneBox website

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.


  1. Go to “Billing”


  1. Select “Invoices” and choose a month



  1. Tap “Download Full PDF invoice”



What you can view on the invoice


  1. On the “YOUR DETAILED INVOICE” : 

Check your activation date, invoice date, and a full breakdown of your charges.


  1. On the “USAGE SUMMARY” :

Check your usage for the specific billing period (from the 2nd of the previous month to the 1st of the current month)


  • AIR TIME USAGE :  total number of minutes used
  • DATA AND ADD ON : total amount of data used, including add-ons
  • TEXT MESSAGE USAGE : total number of text messages sent/received


  1. On the “CALL HISTORY” :

View your call history for the specific billing period  (from the 2nd of the previous month to the 1st of the current month)
