How to Edit Your PhoneBox Profile


You can update your profile information anytime through your PhoneBox account.

Changes to your name, address, email, and password can be made quickly and easily on the Profile page.


If you update your email address in the middle of a billing term, some system notifications may or may not be delivered to your new email depending on the timing of the change.

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

Go to the PhoneBox website: https://myaccount.gophonebox.com

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.


  1. Go to the Home page and select “Profile Change.”



  1. Select the information you want to update and save it.
