How to Extend Your Prepaid Plan
PhoneBox Prepaid Plan Renewal Guide
You can easily request a plan extension through the PhoneBox Self-Serve website or mobile app.
Extending your plan will add one additional service term to your account.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Credit card (Canadian or international)
- Debit card
- Apple pay
- Google pay
You can enable auto-payment so your prepaid plan renews automatically before it expires.
How to set up / change your auto-payment method
Important Note
- Once an extended service term has started, cancellations or refunds are not available.
If the extended term has not started yet, a refund may be available.
- If payment is not completed by the last day of your current term, your service will be automatically terminated.

If you haven't downloaded the PhoneBox app yet, install it here:

If you don’t have an account, please create one first. You can easily sign up using your email address.
- On the left-bottom corner, click [Extension]

- Review your plan details and click [Pay]

- Proceed with the payment to complete your extension.
